Cancellation conditions according to Austrian Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry:
up to 3 months: no cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month: 40%
1 month to 1 week: 70%
within last week: 90%

Pets:
No pets allowed

Advance payment:
For reservations please transfer 30% of the total amount in advance within 10 days to our account.
The reservation is only fixed after we have received your payment!
